Esther J. Thomas is an Antiguan by birth, but a citizen of the world (as she so calls herself) who balances being a devout Kingdom powerhouse and an astute business professional.

As an Author, Speaker, Entrepreneur, Life Coach, Business Consultant, Publisher, she strategically and effectively manages additional responsibilities as she Co-Pastors Kingdom Advance Church with her husband, Pastor Jeremy Thomas.

Esther is the author of eight publications, Founder and CEO of Inside & In Sight Publishing, CEO Incorporated and EJT Consulting. She utilizes her extensive professional and personal experiences in internal and external auditing, compliance, risk management, business, education, ministry, life and marriage to provide incomparable product and service offerings to men and women desirous of breaking out of beautiful bondage and stepping into true holistic freedom and purpose living. 

 

As a coveted conference and motivational speaker, prolific writer and thought leader, she travels extensively as a part of her global mandate to empower men and women to not settle for safe, but discover and become one with the greatness trapped within them. It is her conviction that her formative years of low self-esteem, insecurity, rejection and molestation has shaped and prepared a powerful message that has transitioned her ‘wait’ to ‘weight’, allowing her to dominate in her God-ordained path. 
 

Her mantra comes from the book of Jeremiah 29:11 - "For I know the plans I have for you saith the Lord. Plans of good and not of evil to give you an expected end".
